PUBLIC REVIEW & COMMENT PERIOD
The 30-day public review & comment period for the Adams County Draft FFY 2025-2028
Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Draft Air Quality Conformity Analysis
Report (AQCA) begins on Monday, May 13th, 2024. Comments will be accepted via phone,
mail, or email until 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 13th, 2024.

The TIP lists priority highway, bridge, safety, and enhancement projects for the period of
October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2028.

ACTPO will host two hybrid public information meetings to present and receive comments on
the Draft Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Draft Air Quality Conformity Analysis
Report (AQCA) on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 1pm and 6pm. Additional meetings and
comment period information may be found in the Public Notice.
